Are you a homeowner in the Tampa Bay area and have been thinking of the home of your dreams? Now could be the perfect time to sell your existing home if it is not the home of your dreams and purchase the one you’ve always dreamed of. One where the construction hasn’t been completed yet that has never been lived in before where you get to chose your own colors, flooring, design, cabinets, etc. New Construction is one of the best ways to get exactly what you are looking for and easily accessible in the Tampa Bay area right now! The Tampa Bay market is booming. There is a New Construction Craze going on and the Builders can’t keep up and there is a good reason for that!
Everywhere you look there is a new Condo, High Rise or a new Residential home replacing an old one. Some of the pros of purchasing a new construction home in the Tampa Bay area include but not limited to Design, Floor Plans, Warranties, Color Schemes, Maintenance, Modern Technology, Community Amenities, more efficient utilities and the incentives builders give when purchasing a new home.
Pre-Owned homes have a lot of wear and tear over the years. The designs and lay outs may be undesirable. Rooms can be small with no closet space. Kitchens can be small that need updated appliances and cabinets. Some homes may only have 1 or 2 bedrooms or bathrooms. Picking a floor plan that fits you and your family’s lifestyle and designing the interior from the beginning is a great benefit of purchasing brand new. You get to make all the decisions before you move in and get to skip the dust and chaos.
I have lived in many places and have bought a few homes in my life. I have painted a lot of walls and sometimes felt it would never be finished. Let the builder do it all, no drop clothes, no splattering of paint on the floor (or your face), no messed up trim that you had to spend hours on your knees to make sure you didn’t paint onto the wall. You pick the colors and it’s done for you with no mess at all.
There are so many positives in buying a new construction home and price per square foot you can get a great deal today! The builders are even paying closing costs for the new home owner and offering home warranties for up to 5 years. With all these positives about purchasing a new construction home the only other question is deciding on the builder and we have so many here in the Tampa Bay area like Devonshire, WCI Homes, Lennar, KB Homes, Mi Homes and the list goes on!
